# Email for Marketing

## Requirement

## Set up Email for Marketing

The setting will be similar with [Set up Automatic System Email](https://docs.hoola.vn/english/system-setting/email/set-up-automatic-system-email), but we recommend using a separate email for customer support with high reliability.

## Create a Marketing Email

After customizing the Email Setting, the administrator can go back and create a marketing email.

By clicking `Send Email`, you will see a workspace to type in your email content and to select which email addresses you want to send to.

After writing the emaik (you should add {{name}}, {{username}}, or {{email}} to personalize the email)![sau đó](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/3_l97rr0GvhSP2XV5OoCkV2ZDTIisAOczrSdzNCBxhIKWrjXjHucxNwocghoUa39gw=w36-h36)select recipients and time (you can choose between **Send Email right now** or **Send Email by schedule**.

With email sent by schedule, you need to fill in more information

Finally, please choose `Set up sending email`.

The system will show **List of Email Schedule** including the **Status**. To see more details, please click the **icon at the end**.

You can choose to **pause** or **cancel** the email campaign here.
