Register and Set up your Website

Get a personalized e-learning website quickly!

Before using Hoola’s platform in your course business and internal training, please register an account on Hoola’s website, then you can set up and manage a website using the registered account as an administrator account.

Step 1: Required Information

• Email (used for administrator account)

• Phone number

Step 2: Register an account on Hoola.vn

Visit the website to register: Hoola.vn

Click theRegister button on the top right of the screen.

The website will show a registration form. After filling in the required information, click Register

Our system will ask you to verify your email. Please check your email to verify your email address.

If you use Google quick sign-in, our system will skip this step.

Step 3: Set up your E-learning Website

After successfully verifying your email address, you will receive a Website Setup form.

Please remember your password to access your administrator account later.

Fill in the information for your website, then click Set up and wait for a few minutes. Hoola will set up your website’s system.

After the setup, the screen will show the following information.

Please remember your administrator account in order to manage your website afterward.

Step 4: Login using your administrator account (for first-time website users)

Click Go to Homepage or Go to Administrator Page to login.

We recommend clicking Go to Homepage so that your account will be saved for next-time sign-in.

The screen will show the demo version of your website.

Click Login on the top right of the screen to login to your administrator account.

Fill in the information of your administrator account.

After signing in, you will see something like this.

TheManage button will only be displayed to the website administrators.

Following these four steps, you will be able to set up a personalized e-learning website for your business!
