Set up Automatic System Email

1. Set up Email Server

The administrator can use one of the following email servers:

  • Hoola's Mail Server

  • Gmail

  • Other Mail Server

1.1. Hoola's Mail Server

  • Display Name: can be your website's name or business' name.

  • Email Address: the email address that will send automatic emails.

1.2. Gmail or Other Mail Server

The administrator needs to create a password in the Gmail Password or Mail Server Password field to protect your system email address

If you want to receive feedback from students via another email address, fill in that email address in the Email for Customer Support field.

2. Set up Automatic Email Content

Hoola has already provided a wide range of templates of emails. You can change the format of these emails to your preferences.
