Requirement

Before starting, please set up Automatic System Email first

Set up Email for Marketing

The setting will be similar with Set up Automatic System Email, but we recommend using a separate email for customer support with high reliability.

Create a Marketing Email

After customizing the Email Setting, the administrator can go back and create a marketing email.

By clicking Send Email, you will see a workspace to type in your email content and to select which email addresses you want to send to.

With email sent by schedule, you need to fill in more information

Finally, please choose Set up sending email.

The system will show List of Email Schedule including the Status. To see more details, please click the icon at the end.

You can choose to pause or cancel the email campaign here.
